I’m Nomy: A Womb-man, neurodivergent leader who is clairvoyant & clairaudient. A mother & social entrepreneur. A being who is simply still healing and becoming. As founder and managing member of Ama Nomy LLC, I walk alongside grieving and neurodivergent leaders as we heal and build in the ebbs & flow of life, weaving sacred strategy and lived experiences with modern innovation to create futures with clarity and intention.
I believe that this work calls us to embodiment: that the fullness of harmony & abundance, supports the overall healing of our planet, it starts by first processing grief and healing trauma. Lasting infrastructure for people and businesses emerges from a healing journey.
I came to this work through my own healing journey, through violence, loss, racism, poverty, failed systems, family addiction, and burnout, as both the recipient and the participant of betrayal. I have grieved the murders of children I’ve championed, and I've navigated in this world as a neurodivergent person long before the term was trending. Neurodivergence is both a superpower and a challenge especially when you are unaware of how your brain works and others are not sure how to process you. I know what it is to build while grieving and because of this I’ve been instructed to actualize Ama Nomy.

We treat unmetabolized grief as the silent bottleneck of every organization. Healing is infrastructure, so we make room to witness, hold, and tend it, so leaders can build from wholeness instead of around the wound.
Justice
We center the dignity, agency, and authorship of every system we build, including systems designed for different minds, with access, flexibility, and rest built in.
Wealth
We design for circulation, not extraction.
Legacy
Every strategy answers to those who came before, those who are here and those still to come. We build an estuary strong enough to hold the abundance we are calling in, so what we plant can nourish those downstream.
Intuition
We listen to the unseen as well as the seen. Intuition, ancestral guidance, and the clair senses sit alongside practical planning.
