A social entrepreneur who believes in the embodiment of work — that the fullness of abundance is built by first processing grief and healing trauma, and that lasting infrastructure for budding people and businesses emerges from healed soil.

She's a neurodivergent leader who moves across industries — food, land, arts, communications, social services, health, finance and beyond — with a particular emphasis on cooperative governance, economics, communications, and healing justice.
A mother of many — called within her lineage to sanctify ancestral rituals and rites.
Nomy is building regenerative futures internationally at the intersection of intuition and modern innovation by designing accessible fundraising strategies and cooperative-economic revenue plans; building leadership cultures where grief, rest, and healing are treated as essential practices, not afterthoughts; guiding changemakers through burnout, transition, and growth without abandoning their values; supporting families with legacy plans and family constitutions; mentoring young people in leadership, stewardship, and community responsibility; and producing books, learning tools, and storytelling that preserve cultural wisdom and lived experience.
Her work bridges food sovereignty, restorative leadership, healing & climate justice, cooperative wealth & legacy building — always centering community care and land stewardship.
Ama Nomy LLC exists as the vehicle to aid mission-driven businesses in growing in alignment with purpose, equity, and regeneration. Through a broader ecosystem of work — including being co-founder of the 4DASOIL Collective, which supports Black-led organizations in cultivating self-determined futures through technical assistance, fiscal sponsorship, and administrative & cooperative support.

A world where healing, development and expansion is on every balance sheet, grief is honored as infrastructure, and prosperity is measured in what our great-grandchildren will still be able to witness, touch and transform.
